1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- It must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, and free from any odors.
- It must have all original tags attached.
- The return must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
2. Return Process
*Please do not return the package to the address shown on the shipping label.
Step 1: Email us at service@loramoda.com for a Return Authorization (RA).
Step 2: Provide your order number and the items you wish to return.
Step 3: Once approved, package the items securely and ship them to the address provided by our team.
3. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
4. Refund Process
Once inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Original shipping fees are included for full order returns.
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get your new size is to place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with clear photos. We will resolve the issue immediately at no extra cost.
